John Cameron Mitchell and Alynda Segarra from Hurray For the Riff Raff have released a new song, 'American Sickness.' All proceeds from it will go to benefit the Burritos Not Bombs food bank, Trans-GI Justice Project, and the Dr. MLK Scholarship Trust Fund. Check out the video for it at the embed:
