12-6pm | Full Circle Festival 2026

FullCircle Festival is an exploration of Black New Orleans’ history, music and culture. It is presented as a part of the 2026 Black American Music Summit, UnBrokenCircle, and NOLA Downtown Music and Arts.

12-3pm: The event begins at noon with a guided bus tour through the French Quarter and historic Black neighborhoods including Congo Square-the cradle of American music. Guests will learn about early jazz, second line traditions, Mardi Gras Indians, foodways and the legacy of Plessy v. Ferguson. The tour, guided by historian Milton Carr, will begin at the Sheridan New Orleans Hotel.

3-6pm: The experience culminates in a New Orleans supper and concert at Café Istanbul. Here local and national artists share music, craft, and stories in one of the city’s most vibrant cultural hubs.

Tickets $125 Full Day (Bus Tour, Concert & Supper) | $50 (Concert & Supper)
