2nd Annual (Neighbor) Hood Fest

The 2nd Annual (Neigbor) Hood Fest is about building unity and exploring the city of Baton Rouge and Louisiana’s diverse cultural communities. The festival has music and films, a Vendor Village and food court. Musical talent includes Henry Turner Jr. & Flavor and the Listening Room All-Stars. Along with returning favorites Xavie Short, Ms. Pressure and Chris Christ Child. New to the event are Crossfire Youth Ministries Band and Shore Enough from Panama City, Florida. Films include “Wasted: Overtourism & The French Quarter” and music video blocks. A Hot Dog Eating Contest is also a part of the festival and there is a children’s area and soccer field to enjoy. The festival is held at the EBRPL-Main Library located at 7711 Goodwood Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 from noon to 8pm. It is family friendly and free to the public.
