Marking the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the day will include a healing ceremony, a keynote address by Mayor LaToya Cantrell, and a panel discussion moderated by BIA Board President Caitrin Gladow, featuring community leaders pivotal in Broadmoor’s recovery.

The program also features a memorial second line led by the Andrew H. Wilson Charter School Band, a tree-planting service project with SOUL NOLA, and concludes with a community intention circle.
