3-7pm | From Nola with Love: Madres Sin Fronteras: A fundraiser for recently deported immigrant mothers and their American citizen children
On April 25th in New Orleans, a four year old US citizen with stage 4 cancer was taken from their home and deported to Honduras without medication or a plan for continued treatment. This Mother’s Day event will directly benefit the family through the Southeast Dignity not Detention Coalition who is in contact with the families and their lawyers.
